Strong Stretch is a slow paced and gentle practice that is focused on stretching the body, slowing the breath, and calming the mind. It is designed to help you develop flexibility as well as release muscle tension. We will work on passive and active stretches, holding poses for longer periods of time. Students of all levels are welcomed to join this soothing practice. The instructor provides modifications with props such as blocks, bolsters, and yoga straps.
