Thinking about biking? This class is designed to help you get comfortable on the bike with a shorter class time to allow you to ease back into it. Bike to fun, upbeat music to help motivate you. To be followed by 10-15 minutes of light weightlifting for added strength building. Space limited to 8 cyclists.

Classes must be booked in advance.
