New? What you need to know...
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class time to fill out new student paperwork. Wear workout clothing that is comfortable and breathable without being too loose. For Spin Class we recommend exercise (tennis) shoes. All other classes can be done barefoot. Bringing hydration and a towel is recommended. We accept cash, check and credit/debit cards. Paying online is also available.

We offer Yoga classes for all levels. From relaxing the body to nourishing savasana to a more intense engagement and holding poses for longer periods, each class is designed with a specific focus in mind. Choose the one that is right for you and discover your inner yoga master.

A great way to get in your cardio with awesome music, spin class sets you on one of our stationary bikes with the instructor at the helm, utilizing different positions to target specific muscle groups. You may even find yourself nursing a bit of competitiveness with the person next to you! It's a great deal of fun and a wonderful way to tone up, burn calories, and boost endurance.

Aerial yoga takes traditional yoga poses and brings them into the air with the use of an aerial hammock. It creates a fresh challenge when it comes to mindfulness and strength, providing physical and mental benefits in the form of a unique, total body workout. You will find yourself focusing on muscle engagement as well as relaxation and alignment, much like traditional yoga, but with the added element of counteracting gravity, which can help increase flexibility, release tension, and build strength.
