All clients are solely responsible for reading and following our guidelines so everyone can have an enjoyable practice. By attending class, you are agreeing to all our guidelines and policies.

SALES OF SERVICES

We do our best to offer you the best services possible. In order to do that, please be sure that you're booking the correct service, can attend classes and workshops, and can use the memberships or class packages in the specified times allotted. We do not offer extensions for classes, memberships, or workshops purchased. If you are unsure about your purchase, please call us beforehand, as we are here to help you! However, it is ultimately your responsibility to read our guidelines and class descriptions before purchasing.

In some extreme instances, at our discretion, we can provide you with a refund or rescheduling for a single class you have booked that you are unable to attend. Please see our Class Cancellation Policy for additional details.

EXPIRATION DATES

All Class Packs, Passes, and Memberships have expiration dates.

Dates for each will be based upon the date of purchase, and either be 30 or 60 days depending upon the service purchased.

It is up to the member to be aware of their start and end dates in order to use all classes within the available window, in the case that the service bought has a limited number of classes. We do not offer extensions on services or refunds for any missed classes after the expiration date has passed.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Any booked class by members not attended has to be canceled within 12-hours of the class start time in order to obtain a refund, should they decide not to reschedule. If members cancel a booked class within 12-hours of the class start time, that is considered a late cancellation, and no refund will be provided. If you cannot attend class, please call or email us so we can remove your booking from our system.

Sometimes an unexpected absence may occur, and we do understand that life can easily get in the way of plans. However, please understand that our class cancellation policy is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. As a boutique studio that offers smaller, more intimate class sizes and settings, our demand for class spots is high, especially our Pilates Reformer classes. Absent no-shows and late cancellations are inconsiderate to our teachers and members, limit others from participating in classes, and harm the sustainability of our studio.

WORKSHOPS

All workshop sales are final. Arrive early to claim your spot and to avoid disrupting the workshop with a late entrance. Workshop payments cannot be transferred to other workshops, classes, or memberships. Please be sure that you can attend before purchasing any workshop classes.

WAITLIST

There are no waitlists for classes. Sign up early and often using our online calendar. If you don’t see a Book Now button available for the class you've chosen, the class may be full. For yoga classes, give us a call - sometimes we can get members into class. There are no additional spaces available for full Pilates Reformer classes.

CHANGES

Studio On Main Yoga & Pilates may make changes to the services and pricing offered on or through our site at any time. Studio On Main Yoga & Pilates can change, update, or add/remove provisions of these terms at any time by posting the updated terms on this site’s page. We may post periodic updates, and it is the client's responsibility to read any updates by visiting the guidelines/cancellation page. By using this site after Studio On Main Yoga & Pilates has updated the terms, you are agreeing to all the updated terms.
